Quintessence exists to serve — not just in the treatment room, but in the community.
I believe that healing touch should reach those who need it most. It has been a profound honor to volunteer hospice massage — offering comfort, dignity, and gentle presence to those in their final chapter of life. I have also offered complimentary sessions to the selfless volunteers who showed up for Altadena fire victims, giving their time, energy, and hearts when it was needed most. That same gift of care extends to those who volunteer their time building places of worship. Because those who carry others deserve to be carried too.
Serving the community is not separate from my work — it is at the heart of it.
My journey began in 2010 when I first walked through the doors of the Kali Institute in Ventura, California. There is something about that learning environment that has always lit me up — the hands-on discovery, the deepening understanding of the human body, the profound connection between knowledge and healing. I have always loved being in the classroom, and that passion has never faded.
That love of learning has brought me back again and again. I reenrolled in 2022 and again in 2026 — each time hungry to grow, to refine my craft, and to bring something deeper to every session. For me, continuing education is not an obligation. It is a privilege.
Outside the treatment room, I am out living life — and coming home to my two French Bulldogs, who remind me every single day to be silly, and that rest is not a luxury. It is a necessity.
I believe everyone deserves a place to exhale — a space where the noise of the world fades and the body is finally given permission to rest. Creating that stillness for my clients is the heart of everything I do.
